President, owner, and founder of Correctional Psychiatric Services. He is a board-certified forensic-correctional psychiatrist with nearly 40 years of experience.

Beth Cheney, LICSW
Beth is the Chief Operating Officer for CPS, responsible for overseeing all aspects of organizational operations, network development, contracting, establishing performance indicators and productivity improvements.

Debra Jezard
Debra or Deb, as most people call her, is the Corporate Director of Clinical Services at CPS. She is a Registered Nurse with 20 years of correctional management experience and 25 yeas of nursing experience.

Cheryl Callahan
Cheryl has 40 years of correctional experience in various roles. Cheryl manages all the medical claims and billing.

Karen Hetherson
Karen has 35 years of experience in corrections and management and holds a B.S. in Management.

Marcia Norat,
Marcia works as the Assistant Director of Clinical Services and has 8 years of correctional nursing and management experience.

Grete Brady
Grete brings over 10 years of correctional experience to CPS. She supports the management team in all aspects of business.

George is the Business Development Manager for CPS. He has over three decades of experience in medical administration.

Melisa Friel,
As a corporate grant manager, Melisa has a broad background in mental health with specific training and expertise both in clinical psychology, community health education and health management.
Regional Medical Director, Director of Utilization Review
Dr. Nicholas Rencricca
Dr. Rencricca is the Regional Medical Director for CPS and Director of Utilization Review. He serves as the Chairperson on the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Committee.

Dr. Christopher Gudas
Dr. Gudas is a talented and highly skilled physician who has more than 11 years of combined experience working in addiction medicine and public health as clinician and consultant at the intersection of clinical addiction medicine, connected health research, mHealth, clinical trials and traditional public health.

Director of Behavioral Health
Jill Loveridge LICSW
Jill has over 23 years working in behavioral health with 8 years of correctional experience. She holds a Masters of Social Work and her LICSW license. She has fulfilled multiple different roles in her several years with CPS. Currently Jill serves as the Director of Behavioral Health; she oversees all MAT Services and Mental Health Services in Massachusetts and Maine.
